Through the years, I've come to realize that good client service does not come from traditional face-to-face meetings alone. To have a good relationship, there needs to be good communications. Trust is built on being honest and proactive, and exceeding clients' expectations brings lasting relationship. Distance is not a factor when it comes to serve our clients. In fact, we have clients who moved out of the area and still remain with our firm. We also have clients who are overseas. The truth is, you can be anywhere in the world to receive our excellent and uncompromised service. Distance isn't a factor for working with us.
This is the background giving rise to our virtual office in the cloud – it provides a platform for our clients to communicate with our firm (and vice versa). It is secure, convenient, and most of the time, it is free of charge to our clients.
Client Portal (Secure File Exchange)
As a valued client, you get a secure, password-protected portal to store and access your important financial documents from anywhere at any time.
Whether you're at work, at home, or on vacation, you always have access to your tax returns, financial work papers, or accounting database.
This portal also allows us to work together efficiently by securely exchanging working documents, scanned receipts, and very large QuickBooks files.
Your data is protected in extremely secure environments.
Some clients prefer Drop Box or Google Drive to accomplish these same goals.
We can send you a password protected document via an e-mail through Echo Sign. You review the document when convenient and digitally sign it. Copies get sent to all the parties.

We don’t deliver any digital document without some type of protection.
Imagine we’re doing four years of back taxes for you that include a small business. After discussion by phone, we set up a spreadsheet where you can enter figures for all four years by category. Google Drive sends you a link. You sign into your own Google Drive account (which is free) and then complete the spreadsheet.

Extended Hour Phone Appointments
Guaranteed on time. International clients need accommodation for time zone differences. Local clients appreciate being able to speak with us “after hours”. Saturday appointments available.
QuickBooks Accountant Copies
You can send us your QuickBooks Accountant file via the Client Portal or by e-mail. After we have made all the changes, updates and adjustments, you can re-import our changes to your QuickBooks seamlessly.
E-Mail. We acknowledge and answer e-mails daily. When we hear complaints about other CPAs, the complaint is usually based on non-responsiveness.
Fax. Sometimes it is just easier to fax us a document.
PayPal. Even paying us is easy and convenient!
